Weâre seeking an exceptional technical leader to build and lead our US Application Engineering team, a high-impact group driving localisation and advancement of Wayveâs autonomous driving technology for the US market. We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. This is a founding technical role helping build and shape Applied Intuitionâs robotics organization from the ground up. We benchmark our salaries using Geographic Structures to establish competitive pay ranges within the regions where 8th Lights live. Our pay ranges for our Lead Engineer position within our four US structures are as follows:
