This is a role for someone energized by these challenges. Someone who can move quickly, create clarity from ambiguity, and turn rapid growth into better systems, sharper decisions, and stronger execution. The right person will be able to operate at both altitude and ground level, shaping strategy, doing sharp analysis, and getting deep into frontline processes when that is what the business needs.

Why this role exists

We’re scaling fast, and the work is outrunning the org chart.

You’ll work directly with the North American leadership team, owning the operating cadence, driving key cross-functional projects, and jumping on problems that do not yet have a clear owner.

It is a broad remit by design. The business needs someone who can move fast across functions, bring structure to ambiguity, and make important work happen.

You’ll report to Chris Berry, Managing Director, North America, who made a similar move from consulting into startup revenue and operations. That means you’ll get close coaching from someone who understands the transition and will push you to grow quickly.

What you’ll do

No two days will be the same. You might be working on things like:

- Partnering with leadership to refine strategy and priorities

- Driving projects across Growth, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and People

- Supporting new market launches and commercial rollout plans

- Building the operating cadence, dashboards, and decision-making systems we need to scale

- Turning ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and outcomes

- Jumping into urgent business problems when there is no obvious owner yet

The pace will be high. The work will be hands-on. The ownership will be real.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with a demonstrated record of exceptional performance.

This is likely a fit for someone with 5 to 10 years of experience, including time in consulting, investing, high-growth startups, strategy, operations, revenue, marketplaces, or another demanding generalist environment.

We care less about the exact path you have taken than your slope, judgment, and evidence that you have operated well in demanding environments. You do not need to have been a Chief of Staff before, but you do need to have shown that you can take on hard problems, create clarity and momentum, and drive real outcomes.

Position Summary

Deepwatch is seeking a Lead UI Engineer to guide the technical direction of our user interface and mentor a team of talented engineers. This position blends hands-on coding with technical leadership, requiring a deep appreciation for security, performance, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of complex front-end components for Deepwatch’s cybersecurity platform, ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability.
  • Team Mentorship: Mentor and coach other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product management, UX/UI designers, and backend leaders to define technical requirements, assess feasibility, and drive product roadmaps.
  • Optimization & Standards: establishing performance benchmarks and ensuring the UI adheres to strict accessibility (WCAG) and security best practices.
  • Development Lifecycle: Drive Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives, while advocating for improvements in developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on UI development trends and frameworks, recommending new technologies that drive business value.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in front-end software engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.

  • Expert proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem.

  • Proven experience in architecting large-scale applications and managing technical debt. Including, but not limited to:

    • Monitoring/logging utilities
    • Jest/React Testing Library
    • CI/CD-based test automation
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, browser internals, and web performance optimization. Including, but not limited to

    • Client-side routing libraries
    • Global state management tools
    • Identity provider integration
  • Experience working with REST APIs and/or GraphQL and designing data fetching strategies.

  • Familiarity with Git, collaborative development tools, and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred:

  • Experience in cybersecurity or complex enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Understanding how Microfrontend works.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, AntD).
  • Deep understanding of data visualization frameworks (e.g., Nivo, Recharts, TanStack) for handling large datasets.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS CloudFront, S3) and modern build tools (Vite, Webpack).
  • Strong knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in SDLC

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • 2+ year as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative.
  • Cold calling capabilities and pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating qualified leads and prospecting at multiple executive levels within target organizations.
  • Experience in territory planning, executing outbound strategies, and building account research plans.
  • Strong time management skills with experience managing a high volume of accounts and prospects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.

The Role

A newly created corporate position reporting to the VP of Risk and Insurance Global. Based in Salt Lake City and embedded within the Americas leadership team, the Senior Manager will lead enterprise risk management across the Americas (U.S., Canada, Mexico) while contributing to the global risk program, including collaboration with the corporate team abroad.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or risk management; technical degrees preferred

  • RIMS-CRMP, IRM, or PMI-RMP certification

  • 10+ years in enterprise risk management or operational risk within complex industrial environments

  • Hands-on experience with ISO 31000 or equivalent ERM frameworks applied across multiple business functions

  • Background in nuclear, oil and gas, or mining sectors

  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate a multicultural, matrixed organization

  • Spanish language skills a plus

  • Able to travel to U.S., Canadian, and Mexican sites with an annual trip to Brisbane

  • This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office per week required.

THE OPPORTUNITY

PagerDuty is looking for an Executive IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. In this critical, high-impact position, you will act as the primary technology partner for our CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing Tier 3+ white-glove service. Your mission is to ensure flawless, continuous technology operations for our executives, whether they are at our San Francisco headquarters, traveling for board meetings and earnings calls, or working from various home environments across global time zones.

In this role, you are far more than a support resource; you are a proactive partner and trusted advisor tasked with anticipating points of failure before they impact productivity. You will take full end-to-end accountability for the technology ecosystem within the Office of the CEO, maintaining the highest levels of discretion and a calm presence. By blending Tier 3+ technical expertise with a service-oriented mindset, you will ensure that technology remains seamless for our executive leaders.

Based in our San Francisco office, this position requires an onsite presence four days a week, with the flexibility for travel to provide mobile support to the executive leadership team as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Technology Ownership

  • Provide Tier 3+ white-glove technical support to the CEO, C-Suite, SLT, and Executive Assistants - ensuring prompt, seamless resolution of hardware, software, connectivity, and AV issues.
  • Take full end-to-end accountability for the technology experience across office, home, and mobile environments for the Office of the CEO.
  • Proactively monitor systems, anticipate points of failure - especially during critical business cycles and travel schedules - and resolve issues before they surface.
  • Build and maintain detailed technical run-books and travel-ready “Go-Kits” so that executive support remains consistent and predictable regardless of location or time zone.

Meeting Reliability & AV Operations

  • Own the “success of the session” - conduct rigorous pre-flight AV testing and manage complex hybrid meeting configurations for board meetings, earnings calls, all-hands events, and keynote presentations.
  • Provide real-time, on-site technical presence during high-stakes executive meetings and events.

AI & Productivity Tools

  • Collaborate with IT and the wider Technology group to implement and refine AI-driven tools and agentic platforms customized for executive requirements.
  • Support the automation of standard executive processes and enhance senior-level decision-making through the use of intelligent technology solutions.

Technical Operations

  • Provision, manage, and sustain macOS and Windows environments, utilizing JAMF and Intune Autopilot for executive-level device deployment.
  • Manage and assist with enterprise SaaS ecosystems, including Google Workspace,  Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and associated platforms.
  • Oversee IT hardware assets, manage procurement, and ensure the swift repair or replacement of equipment.

Identity, Security & Access

  • Manage executive identity and access - balancing high-security requirements with low-friction daily workflows, troubleshooting authentication issues, and ensuring Okta and MS Entra best practices are maintained.
  • Enforce IT security policies and best practices across all executive-managed devices and accounts.
  • Execute timely employee onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and de-provisioning of devices, accounts, and access.

Service Management & Collaboration

  • Use JIRA Service Management to triage, acknowledge, and resolve tickets in alignment with aggressive SLA standards appropriate for executive-level support.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations globally (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, USA) on projects, platform rollouts, and process improvements.
  • Participate in infrastructure upgrade cycles, technology refresh programs, and IT-wide initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of IT support experience, including a minimum of 3 years providing white-glove, dedicated support to C-Suite executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Advanced expertise in macOS as the primary platform, with solid Windows proficiency in enterprise environments.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of MDM platforms (JAMF and Intune),  Zoom A/V hardware, and complex networking environments.
  • Strong proficiency administering enterprise SaaS applications - Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Okta, and other productivity platforms.
  • Solid grounding in networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewall configurations.
  • Demonstrated track record of proactive maintenance, detailed documentation, and disciplined follow-through.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - calm under pressure, decisive, and highly discreet. You understand the nuances of operating with the Office of the CEO.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a globally distributed, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and ITIL principles.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience deploying or optimizing AI productivity tools and agentic platforms for executive or high-profile users.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring junior IT staff, managing escalations, and improving Helpdesk workflows through automation and process optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications: Apple, JAMF, CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or equivalent vendor-specific credentials.

About the role

This is a founding technical role helping build and shape Applied Intuition’s robotics organization from the ground up. You will set the technical direction for robotics software and AI, write production code, and build functional demos on physical hardware from day one. The role is weighted heavily toward software and learned behaviors, with the expectation that you can engage meaningfully across the hardware stack when needed.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Define and own the technical architecture for humanoid robotics software, spanning perception, planning, control, and learned behaviors
  • Write production-quality code in Python and C++ and ship it to physical robots — this is a hands-on individual contributor role first
  • Design, train, evaluate, and deploy learning-based policies for manipulation and locomotion
  • Build functional demonstrations on multiple robot hardware platforms that prove out capabilities and inform the product roadmap
  • Establish simulation infrastructure and validate behaviors in physics-based environments before deploying to hardware
  • Instrument robots, analyze telemetry and failure data, and iterate quickly to improve robustness in real-world conditions
  • Work with teleoperation and data collection pipelines to generate training data and close the sim-to-real gap
  • Identify and recruit the next engineers on the team

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 7+ years of experience in robotics software development, with a meaningful portion on physical humanoid, legged, or highly dexterous manipulation platforms
  • Proven track record shipping learning-based systems — behavior cloning, RL, or VLA policies — to real robots in production or near-production settings
  • Strong proficiency in Python and C++ for robotics and ML systems; experience with PyTorch or equivalent deep learning frameworks
  • Deep understanding of robotics fundamentals: kinematics, dynamics, control theory, state estimation, and perception
  • Experience building and evaluating visuomotor or multimodal policies end to end, from data collection through deployment
  • Ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment, make architectural decisions with limited information, and build from scratch
  • Comfort on the lab floor — debugging physical robots, running hardware-in-the-loop tests, and iterating on live systems

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Scope: The Sierra Editorial Fellow is an early career journalist looking for real world experience in the day-to-day world of magazine publishing. Fellows get an overview in all aspects of acquiring content for and producing a national environmental and news magazine, including writing and reporting stories both for print and online, fact-checking and proofreading articles prior to publication, and developing their own new story ideas and leads.

Job activities include but are not limited to:

  • Write weekly articles and dispatches for the magazine’s online edition.

  • Write short articles and news dispatches for the magazine’s print edition.

  • Fact-check articles for the magazine.

  • Carry out short- and long-term research or writing projects as needed.

  • Attend weekly editorial meetings.

  • Participate in writing workshops to improve craft.

  • Cultivate and expand social media reach and maintain strategies for building new audiences.

  • Miscellaneous editorial office duties, as needed.

The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:

Responsibilities:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in regulatory or transaction reporting within a financial institution, broker, or fintech.
  • Proven experience with MAS, FSCA, and Canadian trade reporting frameworks (knowledge of MiFID II / EMIR / ASIC reporting a plus).
  • Strong understanding of derivatives and CFD products.
  • Familiarity with reporting mechanisms such as UnaVista, DTCC, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills, SQL or Python a plus.
  • Fluent English required, any other languages it will be considered as an advantage.

Zen’s mission is to fully staff classrooms, so all children can thrive and educators avoid burnout. We do this by combining a product that schools and educators love with a hard-working, education-obsessed team.

Since launching in North America, we’ve been growing 4x year over year. That kind of growth creates hard, complex, urgent problems across the business. We’re now looking for a Founder’s Associate, North America to work closely with our leadership team as we scale.

This is a role for someone energized by these challenges. Someone who can move quickly, create clarity from ambiguity, and turn rapid growth into better systems, sharper decisions, and stronger execution. The right person will be able to operate at both altitude and ground level, shaping strategy, doing sharp analysis, and getting deep into frontline processes when that is what the business needs.

There is a staffing crisis in education. Too many teachers are leaving the profession, not enough are coming in, and school leaders are being forced to manage daily staffing gaps with limited budgets and limited visibility.

Why this role exists

We’re scaling fast, and the work is outrunning the org chart.

You’ll work directly with the North American leadership team, owning the operating cadence, driving key cross-functional projects, and jumping on problems that do not yet have a clear owner.

It is a broad remit by design. The business needs someone who can move fast across functions, bring structure to ambiguity, and make important work happen.

You’ll report to Chris Berry, Managing Director, North America, who made a similar move from consulting into startup revenue and operations. That means you’ll get close coaching from someone who understands the transition and will push you to grow quickly.

What you’ll do

No two days will be the same. You might be working on things like:

- Partnering with leadership to refine strategy and priorities

- Driving projects across Growth, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and People

- Supporting new market launches and commercial rollout plans

- Building the operating cadence, dashboards, and decision-making systems we need to scale

- Turning ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and outcomes

- Jumping into urgent business problems when there is no obvious owner yet

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone early in their career with exceptional slope.

This is likely a fit for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, investing, startups, strategy, operations, finance, marketplaces, revenue, or another demanding analytical or generalist environment.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to move from a generalist, high-performance environment into startup leadership. We care less about the exact path you have taken than your slope, judgment, and evidence that you can ramp quickly, take ownership, and operate well in fast-moving environments.
